He has been active in the IT / Venture industry since 1980's, participating in the fastest growing sectors of computers, communication, and the Internet industries. His past experiences include executive roles at Apple, McKinsey, and being a founding officer of JCI, Japan's largest MVNO. David serves on the Boards of numerous DCM portfolio companies worldwide. recently, he incubated and was on the Board of Recourse Technologies, one onf the largest software acquisitions in 2002. In China, he serves as the board member of 51job, UP Tech, and was responsible for the SMIC investment for DCM. He alse serves on the Board of Legend Capital and Board of Advisors for Red Herring. He is also a member of The Thacher School Board of Trustees and a Management Board member of the Stanford Graduate School of Business. |

| Lip-Bu Tan |
| Lip-Bu Tan is the Founder and Chairman of Walden International, which manages over US$1.5 billion in venture capital funds. He has been active in the venture capital industry for the past two decades. Lip-Bu introduced and pioneered the U.S. venture capital concept in Asia, and contributed towards the promotion of early-stage technology investing in the Asia-Pacific region. He is currently a director or chairman of several public and private high-tech companies, such as Cadence Design Systems, Inc.
(NYSE: CDN), Flextronics International (NASDAQ: FLEX), Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation (SMIC) (NYSE: SMI; HKSE: 981), and SINA (NASDAQ: SINA). He is also a board member of the National Venture Capital Association (NVCA), a member of the Committee of 100, and a member of both the Dean's Advisory Council for the School of Engineering and the Visiting Committee for the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He served on the University of San Francisco Board of Trustees for nine years. |

| Mr. Syrus Madavi has more than 25 years of experience in P & L management, engineering, and marketing in analog, mixed-signal,and DSP IC products addressing the industrial, communications, computing, and digital consumer markets. He is currently the President of SPM Capital, a private firm focusing on investments within the semiconductor industry. Previously, Mr. Madavi held a number of executive positions including: Chairman, President and CEO Burr-Brown Corporation, a provider of high-performance analog and mixed signal IC products; President and Director of JDS Uniphase; and Senior Vice President and SBE Manager of the high-performance analog business sector at Texas Instruments.
Other positions held include President of Raytheon Semiconductor, Vice President and General Manager of Honeywell's Signal Processing Technologies, and marketing management at Analog Devices, Inc. Mr. Madavi has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and a Masters of Science degree in Computer Science, both from Stevens Institute of Technology, and an M.B.A. degree in Finance from the University of California Los Angeles.
