1.VP of Engineering

Job Responsibilities:
Work with other members of the IC engineering team, marketing engineers, systems engineers and customers to transform product concepts and customer needs into circuit architectures and lead the IC development team through implementation of that chip design. Responsible for leading the analog/mixed-signal/RF/digital design team through every step of the IC development process and contributing to the hands on development of the IC. From time to time recruit highly talented and sought-after SOC designers.
1) Play the innovative and leadership engineering and technology roles among the team;
2) Manage training of new and experienced engineers in the areas of ALSI and/or VLSI SOC development, design flow, process development and integration, product yield enhancement;
3) Work with marketing to plan future product directions and roadmap, completing the accomplishments on time;
4) Build up patents and intellectual property;
5) Manage qualification and yield enhancement of existing and new products;
6) Plan for strategic investment for technical expertise, technologies, and new equipment and materials;
7) Build technology transfer and development team;
8) Serve as senior technical voice to customers, investors, and other public arenas..
Requirement:
The ability to work independently to drive projects to completion will be necessary for the position. Previous new fabless start-up experience is highly desired. The position will be responsible for the timely qualification and production ramp of company's product lines. Getting the fast product projects qualified and with high yield will be key to the position's success. Candidates must be highly self-motivated and able to manage and direct a large group of IC designers.
1) MSEE with 15 years of Analog/Mixed-Signal/digital hands-on design experience;
2) At least 8 years of experience managing IC development teams including the scheduling, design, evaluation and market introduction of at least five commercially successful IC;
3) Prefer previous product areas from consumer and communications, such as optical sensor or wireless, or MEMS; experience required;
4) Experience mentoring junior engineers and providing technical and career guidance;
5) Extensive experience with CMOS transistor-level circuit design and device physics;
6) Ability to analyze and design basic control systems at the block-diagram level
7) Experience with all phases of mixed-signal IC design (systems-level, circuit-level, spice simulation, custom layout, bench validation, manufacturing test);
8) Prefer previous product areas from consumer and communications, such as audio, video, optical sensor, MEMS; wireless experience is a PLUS.
9) Solid problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills;
10) Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills.

1) Build and lead analog design group to do analog circuit design for multi-media and consumer products.

2) Help top management to develop ALSI product strategies and NPI-related work.

3) Define functional and performance requirements of analog IC blocks by working with system/application engineers and customers.

4) Need to hands on analog design work and coach ALSI engineers to insure the project development on time delivery.

Requirements:

1) BSEE/MSEE with experience ranging from 6-10 years, of which at least 3 in management position

2) Having at least been involved in physical design for at least two SOC ASIC or mixed-signal projects from schematics/net-list to Tape-out with successful experience.

3) Proven Experience of using design flows with CAD tools, LVS, DRC, antenna rule, dummy rule, tiling rule, device matching considerations, electron migration rule, etc.

4) Have involved and experienced in precision analog layout and complete circuit layout.

5) Design experiences in one or more of the following fields are highly desired.

	- Analog conditioning circuits: precision band gap, current source reference, low noise high precision op-amp, precision comparator, and switch-capacitor circuit (integrator, multiplier, etc.).
	- Data conversion systems: Pipeline, Sigma-Delta, SAR, and/or other AD converters; high-speed and/or high-precision DAC.
	- CMOS sensor and photo diode array circuits: Array design (3T, 4T), Read out circuit, noise deduction, Precise PGA, etc.
	- High performance analog macro block layout such as PORs, PLLs and ESD padrings.

5. Sr. Analog Design Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1) Responsible for design analog/mixed-signal circuits based on system requirements and other constraints.

2) Involved in define functional and performance requirements of analog IC blocks by working with system/application engineers and customers.

3) Tasks include Schematic design, block/circuit simulation, layout supervisory, post-simulation and testing mixed-signal ICs through all phases.

Requirement:

1) BSEE/MSEE with experience ranging from 3-8 years having at least been involved in physical design for at least two good sized analog ASICs or mixed-signal projects from schematics to Tape-outs.

2) Have involved and experienced in precision analog layout and complete circuit layout.

3) Good communication and team working skills.

4) Design experiences in one or more of the following fields are highly desired.

Requirement:

1) MSEE with 6+ years of experience.

3) Strong logic design skills:

	- Excellent verilog RTL coding skills along with good debugging skills.
	- CU, DSP, USB, digital video, audio compression knowledge and experience.
	- Independently designed a major part of a multi-million gate SOC .
	- Hands on experience on multiple clock domain designs, design for low power and DFT.
	- Exhaustively used simulators like NC-Verilog, VCS. .

4) Handle design verification at least at module level .

5) Well proficient with synthesis and? timing tools.

6) Should be able to come up with design specifications from top? level architecture definitions .

7) Preferable understanding of ARM and MCU processors? and knowledge of wireless or broadband communications.

8) Preferable C/C++ knowledge and coding at assembly level programming.

9) Preferable prototyping experience using FPGAs.

7. Digital Design Engineer

3) Tasks include system SPEC definition, schematic design, BOM list evaluation, production test SPEC defines and bench test set up. Involved in product debug and test approval.
Requirements:
1) BSEE/MSEE with experience of 3+ years having at least been experienced in 2.4G wireless mouse development.
2) Have good experience in 2.4G RF PCBA development.
3) Have good experience in 2.4G wireless mouse test for manufacturing.
4) Have good experience in MCU firmware development related to 2.4G RF product.
5) Good knowledge on consumer products.

9. Product Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1) Product Management:

	- Coordinate with R&D and operations to manage and control the development & launch process of new product.
	- Product project management – working with R&D and AE team to have physical product and launch preparations completed on time with all launch preparation and other needs according to the marketing plan complete.
	- Product cycle feedback management – Overall management of all the product cycle ‘from cradle to grave’ with a control loop feedback to make adjustments when needed.

2) Custom Management and Co-operation talks:

	- Demand Creation/Sales driving – Working with the sales management to plan and execute demand creation and sales activities to reach desired quotas.
	- Product EOL – managing the process of ensuring products end of life status is properly communicated to all sales channels and leftover inventory is managed.

3) Product Definition:

	- Coordinate with S&M head to finish R&D and operations departments to define specifications on new product development;
	- Product Concept – The formation and proposal of new product ideas within the business segment to increase Apexone’s TAM share.
	- Coordinate with R&D and operations to manage and control the development & launch process of new product.

4) Market research and development:

	- Conduct market analysis and research on feasibility of new product development;
	- Product Launch – Planning the product release and launch within all sales channels with a clear, coherent strategy and positioning together with the Marcom Manager.

Requirements:

1) A business/results orientated person with a proven track record in marketing management within specific relative segment.

10. Technical Sales Engineer (Audio)

Job Responsibilities:
1) Identify product opportunity
2) Drive design in activity and maintain design in or pipeline.
3) Penetrate key accounts and key market segment, build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to achieve key projects
4) Manage and maintain design in or pipeline in region area
5) Plan, forecast and realize revenue growth
6) Work closely with AE to drive design in/win activity and support engineering management needs.

Requirements:
